Collaboration
is open to anyone; the only person responsible for every article
signed is the Author himself. However, the Editor reserves to
accept the works submitted. All rights upon published works belong
to the Magazine. Whole or partial reproduction of the works published
by the Magazine is allowed provided that the source is known.
Apolitical and unpublished works can be sent to Igiene e Sanità

about: qualification, institute, relevant agency, address, telephone,
fax, e-mail.
Contributions from subscribers have priority of publication upon
other works. Extended works can be published as monographic supplements
of the Magazine, by previous agreement with the Editor. Articles
must reach the Editorial Office in form of paper or magnetic support
(floppy disk) or via e-mail by a common format (Windows). Possible
graphs or figures must be accompanied by raw data necessary to
their implementation. Once sent, the material will not be returned.
For each article, a maximum number of three key-words is required
in Italian and English.
Summaries
are not to exceed 500 characters and must be edited in Italian,
French, English and German. They must be written in a straightforward
language, avoiding acronyms and using the third person singular.
In conformity with the UNESCO guidelines, it is desirable that
summaries should be at the beginning of the work, containing purposes,
remarks, conclusions as well as the essential points of each theory,
devise and innovative technique. Authors are asked to carefully
revise their summaries, getting rid of unnecessary words, clearing
obscure points paying special attention to scientific terms, proper
nouns, figures as well as chemical and mathematical formulas.
Authors
will be immediately informed about possible expenses concerning
tables, figures, drawings, clichés, expanded editions with
excerpts and proofs. The number of off-prints desired must be
communicated on shipment of material.
Any publishing request implies observation of these Editorial
Rules.
Subscription cost
Italy: Boards and Agencies 70 Euro; Privates 45 Euro; last-year
students on Medicine, SItI members and MESS students 40 Euro;
Abroad 75 Euro.
