Definizione e progettazione di un Centro di coordinamento
per la Prevenzione
al servizio dei Medici di Medicina Generale nelle USL del Lazio |

Riassunto - Gli Autori descrivono i risultati ottenuti
dalla loro Unità Operativa nell'ambito del Progetto Finalizzato
FATMA del CNR. Ad una fase conoscitiva preliminare - che aveva
messo in luce il livello di formazione dei medici di medicina
generale nei riguardi della prevenzione ed, in particolare il
loro interesse nei riguardi dell'attivazione di un Centro con
compiti di supporto in sede distrettuale - è seguita una lunga
pausa determinata dal profondo cambiamento verificatosi nell'ambito
del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale. Recentemente il progetto è stato
riavviato in un Distretto di Roma, partendo proprio dall'attivazione
di detto Centro, definito Centro di Coordinamento per la Prevenzione
(CCP), che prevede, in stretta collaborazione con i medici di
medicina generale, la definizione del bisogno sanitario del territorio,
la realizzazione di interventi di prevenzione primaria e secondaria,
nonché la funzione di coordinamento.

| Summary
- The paper reports the goals and achievements of the Research
Unit "Istituto di Igiene G. Sanarelli, University La Sapienza of
Rome" within the CNR national project "Community Medicine". Several
physicians were asked about their acceptance of a Center, to be
activated by the University in the headquarters of their Districts,
with the goal of supporting scientifically and technically their
interventions of primary and secondary prevention in favour of their
healthy clients. The responses were all in favour of the activation
of the Centre, but the planned use of its services by rural and
urban physicians were different to some extent: in general, help
in definition of health needs and support for an organized response
were welcome, but not a role for the Centre to substitute them.

Resumé - Le papier illustre les buts and les resultats
de l'Unité "Institut d'Hygiène de l'Université La Sapienza de Rome"
qui fait partie du Project Finalizé FATMA du CNR, sous-project Médecine
Communautarie. Aprés l'étude de l'intérèt des Médecins pour un Centre
de support au niveau de District pour l'exploitation de la médecine
préventive, la premier Centre est en cours d'être créé dans le District
12 de l'Unité Locale Rome C, pour offir aux médecins l'étude des
besoins sanitaires, les fonctions de coordination et l'appui scientifique
et technique pour l'exploitation des interventions de prévention. |
| Zusammenfassung
- Die Autoren beschreiben die Ergebnisse ihrer Arbeitseinheit im
Rahmen des CNR Projektes FatMa. Nach einer einleitenden Phase -
die den Bildungsstand der allgemeinen Mediziner im Hinblick auf
Vorbeugung hervorhob und im besonderen ihr Interesse auf die Aktivierung
eines Zentrums zur aktiven Beistandsleistung im Bezirk - folgte
eine lange Pause, durch die tiefgründigen Veränderungen im Rahmen
des nazionalen Gesundheitswesens hervorgerufen. Kürzlich wurde in
einem römischen Bezirk das Projekt wieder aufgenommen, ausgehend
von der Aktivierung eines solchen Zentrums, und zwar dem sogenannten
Zentrum zur Koordinierung der Vorbeugung (CCP), für das, in enger
Zusammenarbeit mit den allgemeinen Medizinern, die santitären Notwendigkeiten
des Bezirks, die Realisierung von primären und sekundären Vorbeugungseinsätzen
und Koordinationsfunktionen vorsgesehen sind. |
