Riassunto
L'articolo descrive il modello organizzativo che l'Università di
Pisa ha adottato nell'anno accademico 1996-97 per iniziare a fornire
informazione e formazione al personale tecnico amministrtivo in
merito a igiene e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro e in ottemperanza
ai D.lvi 626/94 e 242/96. In funzione della realtà complessa e diversificata
dei laboratori e centri di ricerca è stato scelto un primo gruppo
di operatori (1-2 per istituto / dipartimento / centro di ricerca)
per i quali è stato organizzato un corso generale (aspetti normativi,
valutazione dei rischi, buona pratica di laboratorio, precauzioni
universali, sorveglianza sanitaria, ecc.) e successivamente, in
funzione delle mansioni svolte, corsi specifici sul rischio meccanico,
elettrico, fisico, chimico e biologico. Un campione significativo
di operatori è stato addestrato alla prevenzione e controllo incendi
in collaborazione con il Comando VVF. |
Summary
- Hygiene and safety in working place:
information and training at Pisa University
The article describes the beginning way of supplying information
and training to technicians and administrative staff of the University
of Pisa about hygiene and safety in working place as from academic
year 1996-97. Depending on complexity and variety of laboratories
and research centers, it has been picked out the first group of
workers
(1-2 from every Institut /Department / Center) to whom was given
one general course (set of rules, risk assessment, good practices
of laboratories, sanitary surveillance, etc.) and later, according
to one's duty, specific courses about mechanical, electric, phisical-chemical
and biological risks. Representative sample of workers was trained
for preventing and getting a fire under control (teaming up with
Firemen). |
Resumé
- Santé et sécurité au travail.
Le cas de l'Université de Pise a vis de l'information et de l'entrainement.
Cet article décrit le Project d'Organisation adopté par l'Université
pe Pise pour l'année Universitaire 1996/97. Il a pour but de fournir
aux techniciens et administrateurs les renseignements et la formations
professionelle prévus par les lois 626/94 et 242/96, concernant
les mesures d'hygiéne et de sécurité au travail. Un premiere groupe
de travailleurs a été chosi suivant la cmplexité et la variété des
laboratoires et des Centres de Recherche(1 o 2 personnes pour chaque
Institut, Département Centre). Par la suite, selon les fonctions
remplies, des cours spécifiques ont été organisés via ° vis des
risques que l'ont court dans les domaines de la mécanique, de l'életricité,
de la physique, de la chimie et de la biologie. Un échantillon significatif
de travailleurs a été entrainé à prévenir et maitriser les incendies
en collaboration avec la Division des sapeurs-pompiers. |

- Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
(D.Ivi 626/94 e 242/96):
Erfahrungen der Universität Pisa in Bezug auf Information und Ausbildung
Der Artikel beschreibt das Organisationsmodell der Universität Pisa
in den Jahren 1996-97, beim Anfang von Information und Ausbldung
des technishen und Verwaltungspersonals in Bezug auf Hygiene und
Sicherheit am Arbeitsplats, und um den Gesetzen D.Ivi 626/94 und
242/96 nachzukommen. Auf Grund der Zusammensetzung und Varietät
der Labor-und Forschungszentren wurde eine erste Gruppe von Angestellten
ausgesucht (1-2 pro Institut/Department/Forschungszentrum) und für
sie ein allgemeiner Kurs organisiert (Normaspekte, Risikobewertung,
gute Laborpraxis, universelle Vorbeugungen, sanitäre Überwachung,
etc.) und danach, im elektrischer, physischer, chemischer und biologischer
Risiken durchgeführt. Eine besondere Gruppe wurde auch, mit Hilfe
der Feuerwehr, zur Verhütung und Bekämpfung von Feuer angelernt.
