Lo studio si propone di valutare il numero di lavoratori che, in
maniera diretta o indiretta, viene occupato a seguito dell'utilizzo
delle quote di fondo sanitario nazionale previste
per i 532.000 utenti della Azienda USL Napoli 4. Ne risulta che,
a fronte di 798 miliardi
di spesa del 1996, trovano occupazione circa 9.300 lavoratori. |

- Impact of the national health care costs on employment:
the case of a Health Care Unit of Southern Italy
The study is aimed to evaluate the number of workers that, directly
or indirectly, is occupied because the use of the part of the national
health found allotted to 532,000 inhabitants interesting the Local
Health Care Unit Napoli 4.
The risult is that, against 798 billions of It.L. spent in 1996,
9,300 workers are employed. |

étude dans une Unité Sanitaire Localle du Sud d'Italie
L'étude veux évaluer le nombre des travailleurs que, directement
ou indirectement, est occupé parce que l'usage de la partie du fond
national sanitaire destiné aux 532000 habitants servis par l'Unité
Sanitaire Localle Napoli 4. Le resultat est que, contre 798 milliards
de Lira utilisés pendant le 1996, près de 9300 travailleurs sont
occupés. |
Zusammenfassung - Die Einfluss der nationale Kosten für Gesundheitsvorsorge
auf due Beschäftigung: der Fall einer Süd Italienische Krankenkasse
vor dem nationalen Hintergrund
Das Studienziel ist, die Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer zu schätzen die,
direkt oder indirekt, beschäftigt sind um einen Bezug zur Verwertung
der Anteile des Staatsgesundheitsfonds, für die 532.000 Benutzer
des örtlichen Gesundheitsbetrieb Neapel 4 zu bekommen, die in voraus
festgesetzt sind. Als ergebnis ergibt sich ein Anzahl von 9300 Arbeitern
mit einer Gesamtausgabe von 798.000.000.000 It. Lire in Jahr 1996.
