Riassunto
L'Azienda per i Servizi Sanitari n°6 "Friuli Occidentale" si propone
di migliorare l'efficienza del programma vaccinale. Tutta la popolazione
residente è interessata al progetto. Questo progetto è parte integrante
del piano sanitario aziendale 1998 e deve permettere, alla fine
del triennio 1998-2000, di raggiungere gli obiettivi OMS per il
controllo delle malattie infettive. Il programma di ottimizzazione
interviene sulle strutture, sul processo, sulle strategie. La ricaduta
attesa per l'azienda sarà di tipo economico ed etico. |
Summary
- Immunization programs in the Agency for the Health Services
no 6 "West Friuli": strategies for optimization of management
The Agency for the health services "West Friuli" has as general
objective to improve the effectiveness of the immunization program.
The whole population has been defined as target population. This
project, which is part of the 1998 health planning of the Agency,
has to reach the WHO objectives for the control of the preventable
diseas along the triennium 1998-2000. The program is intended to
optimise the health structures, the process and the strategies to
improve the equity and the effectiveness of the Agency. |
Résumé
- Optimisation de la gestion des programmes de l'immunisazion
dans l'Agence pour les services de santé "Friuli Occidental"
L'Agence pour les services de santé "Friuli Occidental" a comme
objective géneéral le développement de l'efficacité du programme
de vaccination. Toute la population a été considérée comme population
cible par le programme. Ce projet, que est partie intégrée du plan
sanitaire de l'Agence pour le 1998, doit rattraper les objectives
de l'OMS pour le controle des maladies transmissibles immunisantes
pendant le trois années 1998-2000. Le programme est finalisé à l'optimisation
des structures sanitaires, du procès et des stratégies pour le développement
de l'équitè et de l'efficacité de l'Agence. |
Zusammenfassung - Verbesserungen in der Asführung der Immunisierungsprogramme
des Ates für Gesundheitswesen n. 6 "Fruli Ost"
Das amt für Gesundheitswesen n. 6 "Friuli Ost" möchte die Leistungsfähigkeit
des Impfrogrammes verbessern. Die ganze Bevölkerung ist an dem Projekt
interessiert. Dieses Projekt gehört zum Gesundheitsplan 1998 und
sol in den drei Jahren 1998-2000 die Objektive der OMS zur Kontrolle
der Infektionskrankheiten erreichen. Das Vebesserungsprogramm betrifft
die Strukturen, das Verfahren und die Strategien. Der Vorteil für
das Amt wird sowohl ökonomish als auch ethisch sein. |
