Riassunto
Gli A. illustrano uno studio epidemiologico retrospettivo mirato
alla valutazione della diffusione dell'AIDS nella Regione Marche
nel periodo 1984-1998, riferito a 676 casi notificati corrispondenti
ad un tasso grezzo globale di incidenza pari a 2,8 per 100.000 abitanti.
L'indagine evidenzia un progressivo incremento della patologia per
il sesso femminile e per i casi determinati da contatti eterosessuali
e suggerisce la necessità di rafforzare le campagne di prevenzione. |
Summary
- Epidemiology of AIDS in the Marche Region
The aim of this study is to evaluate the epidemiology of AIDS in
the Marche Region in the period from 1984 to 1998. A total of 676
patients infected with HIV were notified. The incidence is 2,78
cases/100.000 people. The cumulative proportion of persons with
AIDS who are woman has increased tremendously, from 16.7% for the
1984-88 period to 27% for the entire 1994-98 period. The distribution
in the age classes confirm that the AIDS in a young people patology.
Intense efforts are needed to better understand the cases in Marche
region.

- Analyse épidémiologique du SIDA dans la region
italienne
des Marches (1984-1998)
Le but de cette étude est d'évaluer l'épidémiologie
du SIDA dans la region italienne des Marches dans la période
qui va de 1984 à 1998. On a inclu 676 patients infectés
par la syndrome HIV, avec un taux d'incidence de 2,78 cases sur
100.000 personnes. L'étude met en évidence une augmentation
constante des femmes infectées (de 16,7% pendant 1984-88
à 27% pendant 1994-98), ainsi que des contacts hétérosexuels.
Les auteurs soulignent le besoin de mettre à point des
campagnes de prevention.

- Epidemiologische AIDS-Analyse im
Land Marken (1984-1998)
Die Verfasser beschreiben ein epidemiologisches rückblickendes
Studium zur Einschätzung der AIDS-Verbreitung im Land Marken
im Zeitraum von 1984 bis 1998, in Beziehung auf 676 gemeldete Fälle
die, mit einem ungefähren globalen Maßstab gemessen,
2,8 auf 100.00 Einwohner betragen. Das Studium zeigt einen progressiven
Zuwachs der Pathologie für das weibliche Geschlecht und durch
heterosexuellen Kontakte, und rät zur Notwendigkeit einer verstärkten
Vorbeugungspropaganda. |
