Riassunto
In
questo lavoro gli AA. hanno esaminato i flussi dei cittadini campani
che hanno usufruito di assistenza sanitaria presso strutture estere,
analizzando i 2.362 modelli "TRS 01" rilasciati dalle
13 Asl della Regione Campania nel 1999. La percentuale più
alta di pazienti appartiene alla fascia di età 41-60 anni
(56,2%). Le patologie/interventi più frequenti sono stati
trapianto di fegato (38,7%), oncologia (23,5%) e trapianto di rene
e pancreas (23,5%). Le nazioni dove maggiormente si sono recati
i pazienti campani sono la Francia (76,9%) ed il Belgio (15,4%).
Viene infine segnalato il trend in discesa delle richieste rispetto
a precedenti rilevazioni relative rispettivamente agli anni 1993
e 1997/1998. |
Summary
- Cross border flows of patients resident in Campania region
The Authors describe the migration of campanian people to foreign
countries analysing the 2.362 "TRS01" models issued by
the 13 regional Asl (local health authorities) in 1999. The majority
of patients were males aged between 41-60 years (56,2%). The most
frequent causes of migration were due to liver transplantation (38,7%)
oncology pathology (23,5%) and kidney and pancreas transplantation
(23,5%). France (76,9%) and Belgium (15,4%) have assisted the greater
part of patients. Finally, this work underlines the decrease of
patients flows in comparison with 1993, 1997 and 1998. |

Résumé
- Flux vers autres pays de patients qui resiedent
dans la Région Campaniae
Les Auteurs de ce travail ont examinè le flux des citoyens
de la Campanie qui ont benéficié de l'assistance
médicale à l'étranger. Ils ont analysé,
en effet, les 2.362 modéles "TRS 01" délivrés
par les 13 Asl de la Région Campanie en 1999. Le pourcentage
le plus élévé interesse les patients de 41
à 60 ans. Les patologies et les intervention les plus fréquentes
concernent les transplantations de fote (38,7%), l'oncologie (23,5%)
et la transplantation des reins et du pancréas (23,5%).
Les patients de la Campanie ont privilegé surtant la France
(76,9%) et la Belgique (15,4%). Ce travail, enfin, fait remarquer
que les demandes d'assistance medicale à l'étranger
diminuent par rapport aux relevés relatifs aux années
1993, 1997 et 1998.

Zusammenfassung
- Ströme ins ausland von patienten aus der Region Campania
Die Autoren untersucgen die Bewegung der Patienten aus der Region
Campania, die sich im Ausland in ärztliche Betreuung begeben
haben, auf Grunde der 2362 TRS 01 - Formulare, die 13 Asl der Region
im Jahr 1999 ausgegeben haben. Die meisten Patienten gehören
der Alterstufe 41-60 (56,2%) an. In den meisten Fällen handelt
es sich um: Leber-Transplantation (23,5%), Onkologie (23,5%) und
Nieren und Pankreas-Transplantation (23,5%). Die Eingriffe haben
vor allem in Frankreich (76,9%) und Belgien (15,4%) stattgefunden.
Aus diesen Boebachtungen geth eine Abnahme der Gesuche gegenuber
den Jahren 1993, 1997 und 1998 hervor. |
