Riassunto
Il lavoro descrive gli elementi fondamentali del flusso informativo
relativo alle prestazioni ambulatoriali e di diagnostica strumentale
instaurato in Regione Lombardia, riporta i principali risultati
raggiunti relativamente all'anno 1999, discute alcuni pregi e difetti
del flusso informativo messo in opera e suggerisce alcune priorità.
L'obiettivo è di presentare alcune valutazioni numeriche
che qualificano le prestazioni erogate: si tratta di più
di 100 milioni di prestazioni (oltre 11 prestazioni pro-capite)
erogate a cittadini lombardi nell'anno 1999. Il lavoro descrive
e commenta la loro distribuzione (assoluta e pro-capite) per età
e sesso, nonché per singolo comune di residenza, unitamente
ad alcuni indicatori economici (spesa pro-capite e pro-prestazione).
Infine, con riferimento a tutte le prestazioni erogate (anche ai
non lombardi), vengono fornite distribuzioni di frequenza per branca
specialistica, per luogo di erogazione e tipologia di erogatore,
per classe di tariffa, e per le singole prestazioni più richieste. |
Summary
- Out-patient services in Lombardy during 1999
This study describes the basic elements of the information service
set up in Lombardy about out-patients' departments and instrumental
diagnosis. The authors report the main results obtained in 1999
and discuss the merits and defect of such flow of information. Its
aim is to show the figures of the health services offered: more
than 100 million were provided (more than 11 services pro-capita)
to the local citizens in 1999. The study describes the distribution
of these services (total and pro-capita distribution) according
to age, gender and municipality; it also makes a detailed account
of some economic indicators (pro-capita expenses and health care
cost). With regard to the whole extent of the services offered (including
citizens outside Lombardy), the study also provides information
about the distribution and frequency of each specific branch, place,
price and kind of service. |

- Les services de consultation offerts en 1999 en Lombardie
Cette étude décrit les éléments fondamentaux
du service d'information qui a été entamé
en Lombardie et qui concerne les services offerts dans les dispernsaires,
ainsi que les diagnostics instrumentaux. Les auteurs reportent
les résultats les plus importants de 1999 et expliquent
les mérites et les défauts d'un tel service d'information.
Son but est de montrer les chiffres rélatives aux services
sanitaires offerts en 1999: plus que 100 million de services (plus
que 11 services par tête) fournis aux habitants locaux.
L'étude décrit la distribution de ces services sanitaires
(distribution générale et distribution par tête)
suivant l'âge, le sexe et la municipalité; les auteurs
font aussi un compte rendu de quelques indicateurs économiques
(dépenses par tête et cout du service sanitaire).
Par rapport au total des services sanitaires (y compris le services
offerts aux habitants hors de Lombardie), cette étude fournit
des informations sur la distribution et la fréquence de
chaque branche spécifique, lieu, prix et type de service.

Zusammenfassung
- Klinische Behandlungen die im Jahr 1999 in der Lombardei geleistet
wurden
Die Arbeit beschreibt die fondamentalen Informationselemente in
Beziehung auf die in der Lombardei in Anspruch genommenen klinischen
und diagnostischen Behandlungen, teilt die wichtigsten Ergebnisse
für das Jahr 1999 mit, diskutiert Vorteile und Nachteile der
benutzten Informationen und schlägt einige Prioritäten
vor. Das Objektiv ist einige numerische Beurteilungen, die die Behandlungen
qualifizieren, vorzustellen: es handelt sich um mehr als 100 Millionen
von Behandlungen (mehr als 11 pro Kopf) die an die lombardische
Bevölkerung im Jahre 1999 geleistet wurden. Die Arbeit beschreibt
und kommentiert die relative Verteilung (absolut und pro Kopf) auf
Alter und Geschlecht, für jede einzelne Gemeinde, zusammen
mit einigen ökonomischen Anzeigern (Ausgabe pro Kopf und pro
Behandlung), Frequenzen für jeden spezialistischen Zweig, für
jeden Behandlungsort und Behandlungsart, für die Tarifsätze,
und für die einzelnen am häufigsten in Anspruch genommenen
Behandlungen. |
